Exchange and Return Policy

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products (cosmetics, care products, and perfumes), which are directly related to personal use and hygiene standards, we apply a clear and strict return and exchange policy:

1- Acceptable Exchange and Return Conditions

Exchange or return is only permitted in the following cases:

  • Arrival of a Damaged Product: If the product arrives damaged or factory-defective.
  • Arrival of a Wrong Product: If you receive a product different from the one you ordered (color, type, or brand).

You must inform us within a maximum of 24 hours of receiving the order.

2- General Product Conditions

To ensure the acceptance of a return or exchange, the product must be:

  • In its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
  • Never opened or used whatsoever.
  • Accompanied by the original purchase invoice.

Products that have been opened or partially used cannot be returned or exchanged to ensure the safety and quality of our products for all our customers.

3- Return and Exchange Process

  • Contact Customer Service via email within the specified period: [email protected]
  • Take a picture of the defect or the wrong product and send it to us.
  • After confirming that the conditions are met, we will arrange for the collection of the product and send the correct replacement product, or refund the amount paid.
